  I usually love lelus. Great coffee and breakfast but they lost me as a customer today. I ordered a pressed Cuban. Their flagship 12 dollar lunch sandwich. No where on the menu does the sandwich state mayonnaise on it and no where in the history of pressed Cubans have I had one with mayo. But today was the day I got one with it. I ate a piece of ham off the sandwich and then returned it to the staff at that point showing the issue. She said oh sorry I can ask if they normally do that. I left it at that until I went to pay awaiting the moment for her to take care of the customer who didn't eat the food ordered because it was wrong. Nope. Charged full amount and when asked why she didn't fix it she said because she didn't ring it up. They offered a free drip coffee as consolidation for the expensive sandwich. You lost a loyal customer today.

  Great little place. Impressed with how much they espresso they put in their drinks, though the quality of the bean might be a little lower than what I'm used to. Always love finding local coffee shops, and they did not disappoint! Their espresso martinis were great too!

  Coffee was great and this place has a really unique vibe.. Don't leave without trying the carrot cake... It was incredible.
